Our team has extensive experience in total-RNA based single cell transcriptome profiling. Building on the development of MATQ-Seq and MATQ-Drop, our team developed PG-seq, which achieves high sensitivity in gene detection (a 100% increase in UMI detection compared to the state-of-the-art droplet platform), thereby significantly boosting the detection of cell subtypes.
